Taxidermia

This film may be viewed as Hungary’s modern history. The freaky grandfather, during the WW II. a medical assistant, lives in his bizarre dreams and imaginations, mainly satisfying his need of love. The monumentally overweight father builds a sports career: in the after-war times of omnipresent adoration of the USSR he is a top representative of “fasteating”. The grandson, quiet and subtle taxidermist (specialist on stuffing dead animals) has a desire for something bigger: immortality.
