ONG - BAK

Bak Don stole the head of an Ong-Bak statue from a small Thai village. The young Ai Bak, a future monk, sets off to Bangkok to track it down. In the city he tries to find Bak Hum Lae, who left the village some years ago and started to gamble. Bak Hum does not want to help Ai Bak, because he does not want to get involved with the mafia, with which he has enough problems already. Thus, Ai Bak enters the underworld of mafia and becomes an involuntary participant of Thai box matches and dangerous chases.
