The son of a military police ex-member Hank Deersfield (Tommy Lee Jones) suddenly disappears after his return from a mission in Iraq. His father does not trust the too reluctant police and himself sets off for the Rudd fort, his son’s place of service, where he encounters a wall lies and half-truths.
