Modern Times

A herd of sheep heads in our way… A herd of people does the same; it pours in the direction of a huge complex of factory buildings… That is the beginning of Modern Times, a film subtitled "a story about industry and private enterprise - about the pursuit of hapiness". In this film for the first time Chaplin reflects the social reality of his times.
