Inspired by an essay of famous Polish sci-fi writer Stanislaw Lem comes a mystery about the clash of totalitarian powers and free ideas that cannot be enslaved as easily as human bodies. A group of misfits infected by dangerous ideas from a secret book, threatening to destroy the society, is subjected to a series of psychological interrogations in a state facility. Despite the best efforts of the interrogators, the closed world of the interrogation building is soon disrupted by bizarre events. This metaphoric film revives philosophical sci-fi by contemplating the limitations of our subjective view of the surrounding world.
