School screenings

If you are looking for a quality film program for students of elementary schools or high schools, get acquainted with our range of school screenings and film workshops. You can order any film that is distributed in the Czech Republic. You do not have to follow the program of the cinema. If you would like some assistance with selecting the right film for a specific age group or topic, we will be more than happy to help you.

There are free educational materials available for selected films distributed by Aerofilms. There are also special events with discussions and accompanying program twice a year and behind-the-scenes tours of the cinema. We also offer film workshops in our studios in Žižkov and Letná to smaller groups.

How to order a school screening? Choose one of our three cinemas in Prague (Aero, Světozor, Bio Oko), pick a date and time according to your needs. School screenings coordinator Lada Žabenská will check if the cinema is available. Subsequently she will book your seats, order the film and confirm the conditions. School ticket is 80 CZK per student, teacher tickets are for free (with 40 tickets or more sold per screening, for smaller groups the ticket price is proportionally higher). Ticket price may vary depending on the distributor of the film.
